My name is Nick Stahl. Fitness & bodybuilding has been a huge part of my life for the last twelve years. My fitness journey started all the way back in the 8th grade. I had a crush on a girl from my school. She commented and said my head was too big for my body. Being a skinnier kid growing up, I was really hurt by these words. I then seeked out my dad’s help on weight training. He then got me started lifting weights using his old school weight bench and equipment downstairs in our basement. Since then I have not looked back!
I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Kinesiology Movement Science in May of 2015. My close friend and I then went on a cross country road trip and moved to Southern California to pursue our dreams in the fitness industry. I am training for a magnitude of reasons. First and for most is for my own personal health, longevity is very important to me while living the good life; health, wealth, love, happiness. To accomplish the good life, you must start with your health and the others will then follow. I also want my personal brand UnStahlable to be a household name in the industry so I can help more people than I ever imagined. I have competed in seven bodybuilding competitions so far. Two of them being at the national level where I fell a few places shy of earning my IFBB Pro card.
Strength and aesthetics are very important to me. I will continue to use both of these to tap deeper into the fitness industry, so my name will reach out and motivate generations to come. Most importantly to me is inspiring the upcoming youth, teenagers and college aged kids. My friends and I started an after school club called Kinetic.kidz, in which we promote living a more healthy and active lifestyle. I am fortunate to be training at the Mecca of Bodybuilding, Gold’s Gym Venice, here in Los Angeles. I started this site in hopes to make a difference in your life by providing as much value, motivation and inspiration as I can. Your environment is a key to living a healthy and happy lifestyle. Let me use my experience and knowledge as an outlet to change your life just as fitness has changed mine, through your health, sport, overall well-being and success.
