How to Incorporate Lemon Peels Into Your Diet

The easiest way to eat lemon peels is to grate the lemon and freeze the shavings in an air tight container. You can add to them to:

  • Smoothies or juice
  • Salads
  • Throw them into a stir fry to add some additional favor
  • Top a sweet treat with them
  • Add to your favorite tea
  • Or you can simply just eat them as is if you don't mind the taste
