By now, you’ve probably heard a lot about apple cider vinegar, this magical, unsuspecting pantry item that helps you lose weight!

Again, though this is a popular opinion - and make no mistake, this claim is backed by more evidence than the previous one- the effects are subtle, and can be achieved using standard blood sugar medication. In fact, Michael Dansiger of Tufts University has said that "trying to use vinegar to treat diabetes is like trying to bail out a flooded basement with a teaspoon.”
